PWInsider reports:

Ring of Honor champion Nigel McGuinness suffered an arm injury last night at their Elizabeth, PA event that required ROH to call for a doctor to examine him after the event.

The belief among those I’ve spoken to is that the injury was not to the arm he’s had previous issues with. There was concern McGuinness might need surgery stemming from the injury, but I haven’t confirmed that as of this writing.

McGuinness is scheduled to defend the ROH title against Pro Wrestling NOAH star KENTA in the main event of the promotion’s Seventh Anniversary show in New York City.
