-Freddie Kruger actor Robert Englund turned down an offer to host an upcoming edition of Raw due to a scheduling conflict, according to his rep.
-The Heyman Hustle has a ton of new photos of former Diva Brooke Adams.
-Wrestling legend Verne Gagne is alive. Somebody edited his Wikipedia page on Thursday to the contrary, and one wrestling website even reported his demise based on that. His son Greg dispelled the myth the same day.
-Scott Hall also turned up alive and well after friends had been trying to reach for the past several days. He appears on Sunday at Justin Credible’s Icons of Pro Wrestling convention at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Cromwell, CT.
-Tickets for Survivor Series in Washington, DC officially go on sale on Satutday. There is an Internet pre sale at midnight using the password “vipwwe”.
-Randy Orton will feature on upcoming TV ads for HMV in the UK, according to Marketing Magazine. HMV’s campaign in the past has featured celebrities such as Bob Dylan, Sir Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, Paul Weller, Martin Scorsese and George Lucas.
-TNA Creative team member Wayne Cowan (former wrestler Dutch Mantel) and TNA Agent Savio Vega have been released by TNA.

Johnny Fair Play met up with World Wrestling Entertainment superstar John Cena at a recent event in the U.S. Fair Play was wearing a Kamloops Blazers jersey sent to him by The River 97.5 disc jockey Ara Andonian. Fair Play is a notorious player from the Survivor TV series — he once faked the death of his grandmother in an attempt to win the game — who appears regularly on The River to discuss the latest happenings on the popular CBS series.

On Monday, SmackDown and ECW will hold yet another house show at the Sovereign Center in Reading, Pennsylvania. Raw will be taped at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Mohegan Sun, Connecticut. On Tuesday, next week’s SmackDown/ECW will be taped at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Long Island, New York.
-Sheik Abdul Bashir, aka Shawn Diviari posted on his official website ShawnDaivari.com, addresses his current TNA contract status. Where rumors going around that Bashir signed with TNA awhile back were false and he recnelty signed an one year contract.
Onto business matters, as it has been reported around the internet that I had signed with TNA they weren’t 100% true. We were in a renegotiating process when that was reported. And I can be the first to tell you as of this week a new contract has been put into effect. So I will be a part of TNA at minimum for the next year, but maybe longer. I’m sure there are a bunch of important things to talk about, King of Pop dying, stock market jumping back on average 6 points etc., but I can’t seem to find the will to write about any of that right now as my blogs are usually written when I’m passionate or heavily thinking about something. Right now my brain feels like it’s going to melt and drip out my ear. So let me get to the gym, grab a bowl of Cookie Crisps, and maybe in the next day or two (most likely month or two) I’ll try and get back on here and write something worth your time.
